As a director responsible for leading the design and engineering department, I oversee all aspects of projects in retail merchandising, from conceptual development to engineering and production. I ensure that all project requirements are met, crafting impactful and on-brand merchandising programs that align with clients' budgetary expectations and delivery schedules while standing out in the retail environment.
My role involves managing and organizing a team through multiple projects at the same time while guiding and mentoring them to not only achieve goals but also exceed client expectations.
